1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to immediately notify phream of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify phream of the security breach.

phream strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. While optional, 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

3.3 Identity Verification

phream is required by law to verify the identity of all players. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must submit clear copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as driver's license, passport, UMID, or postal ID) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).

phream reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to selfie verification, source of funds documentation, or additional identity documents. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, which may include conversion fees.

4.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits can only be decreased immediately but increases require a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Typical wagering requirements range from twenty times (20x) to forty times (40x) the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

phream shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, internet service provider failures, or server malfunctions.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phream, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of phream services, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from phream without express written permission. The phream name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to bonuses or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and phream regarding the use of phream services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
